FELIZ ANO NUEVO to all our friends and loyal customers!   Thanks for making it a fun year.  Our "end of the year" party was a huge success.  Plans are underway to have a great party for Super Bowl.  Stop and enjoy an ice cold beer or soda and Richard's world-famous hot dogs.  Lots of  locals to practice your Spanish with and English is spoken.  The clean restrooms are truly a "jewel" to find in the desert.  Sundays are coming alive with the casual swap meet starting at 9:30 a.m.  Lots of goodies to share and good people to chat with.  Yoga classes on Tuesday and Thursdays, 8:30 a.m. sharp. 

Located 150 miles south of the U.S/Mexico border town of Calexico, the Cowpatty overlooks the scenic Sea of Cortez at Km 72 (south of San Felipe),  2 miles north of Puertecitos.  The recently paved road makes the trip about an hour's drive from San Felipe.  If you like remote beaches and getting away from the tourist areas, you'll love the Cowpatty.
